Looking for a modern villa with private pool close to
the sea, beach and amenities? Playa Real will suit you
just fine. This very exclusive gated development has
some of the resorts finest restaurants within a few
minutes walk, with private access to the seafront
walkway just 1 minute“s walk from the villa. The large
southfacing villa terraces and pool area have partial
sea views, but climb the stairs to the roof terrace to
savour the fantastic panoramic mountain and sea views to
Fuerteventura. The solar and electrically heated
swimming pool is a most impressive 10m x 4m for those
who like to keep fit on their holiday. Inside, the villa
features a lovely atrium lounge area as well as the main
lounge. There is also a separate dining room. Satellite
TV with DVD and CD players are on hand for your
entertainment. The master double bedroom is ensuite and
there are 2 twin bedrooms with a further bathroom. As
you would expect, the villa has a fully fitted and very
modern kitchen in addition to an outside barbecue.

CHECK AVAILABILITY
The
prices are for up to 4 people sharing. Extra persons at
£100 per person per week. Changeover day flexible. Linen
change weekly, towel change mid-week. Beach towels not
provided.
The
pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer
months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool
and is included in the prices shown. However during what
can be the cooler months. November to end March, we
would recommend the electric heating system is switched
on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an
extra £100 a week. It is possible to use this additional
system all year, if required.
A
Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per
week (subject to availability). However you must bring
your own games and memory cards.
This
villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works
by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm
sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which
can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit
can be rented at 50 at euros per week.
