stunning views to sea and Fuerteventura from the huge
sun terraces which surround the large private 12 metre
long, electrically heated swimming pool.
As you
step inside the front door, you will immediately notice
that the superb quality of the the materials and
fittings are only matched by the quite exquisite
furnishings.
The lounge, dining room and both double bedrooms are
furnished with beautiful dark teak furniture rivalling
the quality of the wood of the doors, arches and floor
to ceiling fitted double wardrobes. Walk through from
the lounge to the quite outstanding feature of the villa
- a beautiful atrium/courtyard where you can sit at
night with your glass of wine watching the stars above
or the twinkling lights of Fuerteventura through the
lounge window.
The master bedroom is ensuite with a
jacuzzi bath and shower, and features these lovely sea
views from the window. There is another quite beautiful double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom with bunk bed, and another bathroom with bath/shower.
In the quite unique layout, these rooms lead off from
the atrium, as does the fully fitted modern kitchen and
utility area. The villa has a games room with pool
table, table tennis, and darts board, as well as
internet access.
The estate has private access to the
seafront walkway, where you can take that evening stroll
to the wonderful restaurants just a few minutes walk
